Terms and conditions

By entering the giveaway you are agreeing to these terms and conditions:

• One room for up to two guests.
• One night booking redeemable between 1st January 2023 - 12th March 2023 at The Hoxton, Shepherd’s Bush.
• Dinner for two; welcome drink + starter + main + side + dessert + bottle of wine only redeemable on the night of the room booking.
• Vinyl bundle includes Rough Trade Albums of the Year Top 10 titles only.

1. The giveaway is being run by Rough Trade.
2. In entering the giveaway, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
3. A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
4. Rough Trade will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
5. Only those who have signed up before Sunday 1st January 2023 at 12pm GMT will be eligible to win.
6. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
7. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
8. The decision of Rough Trade regarding any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
9. The entrant will be notified by Monday 5th January 2023 17:00 BST via the email provided.
10. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the giveaway being used by Rough Trade for the purposes of administering the giveaway, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
11. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participants by contacting us at enquiries@roughtrade.com.
12. All personal information shall be used in accordance with Rough Trade's Privacy Notice.
13. Rough Trade does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the giveaway or being selected for a prize, save that Rough Trade does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.
14. Rough Trade reserves the right to cancel the giveaway or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
15. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
